Elite Glass and Fence
Our Process
A Clear Project Path
Know what happens next.
Standard fence and custom glass timelines differ, but both follow a clear planning and communication process.
Initial Request
Share the service, property address or city, goals, preferred material, and available photographs or plans.
Site Review
We assess measurements, access, grade, surfaces, gates, sight lines, structure, and other project conditions.
Written Estimate
Review the recommended system, scope, materials, exclusions, responsibilities, pricing, and expected timing.
Approval and Ordering
After approval and any required deposit, standard materials are scheduled or custom glass is released for fabrication.
Installation
The crew completes the planned work with attention to alignment, hardware, transitions, operation, and site care.
Final Walkthrough
We review the completed system, gate operation, care guidance, and any documented warranty information.
Before Installation
A few preparations protect the schedule.
Property owners should confirm property lines, HOA approvals, pet arrangements, irrigation locations, private utilities, and clear crew access as applicable. Public utility marking does not identify every private line or system.
Custom tempered glass cannot be field cut after fabrication. Accurate final measurements and approved design details are especially important for glass projects.
